Sree Ragamaliga Arts Academy was established with the vision of nurturing young minds through Indian classical music and cultural education. The academy is founded and guided by Smt. Sudha Gururajan, a Carnatic Music Vocalist, who holds a B.A. Music degree from the renowned Tamizh Isai Kalloori.
She has received advanced training under Sangeetha Kalanidhi Dr. Rukmini Ramani, daughter of the legendary saint composer Brahmasree Papanasam Sivan. With strong traditional roots and a structured teaching methodology, the academy focuses on building strong fundamentals in Carnatic music, including Sarali Varisai, Janta Varisai, Alankaram, Geetham, Varnam, and devotional compositions.
The academy has successfully trained more than 150 students, helping them develop musical knowledge, discipline, and confidence. Students are systematically prepared for certified music examinations conducted by Bridge Academy and Annamalai University (Government recognized), where they continue to achieve excellent results.
Apart from academics, students are encouraged to perform in festivals, cultural programs, and special events, providing valuable stage exposure and boosting self-confidence.
